I normally do not write letters to companies I deal with, however, in your case I could not simply pay my final bill without offering my comments regarding your work.

I have lived in the Denver area for 16 years, have lived in and remodeled and finished the basements, etc...of three homes and have had many occasions to contract jobs and work. Never in all that time and in all of those projects have we been as thrilled with a company as we are with Majestic Rails.

Russell, who came to estimate our job, was so professional and thorough and honest. He got our job going in a timely manner and offered many helpful comments to educate us about stairs and what we would need to get a quality job.

Suzanne, in the office, was extremely helpful and cordial and did everything we asked of her in a timely manner. She was always polite and everything she said she would take care of, she did.

As for Andrey, our stair installer, we have never had such quality workmanship from anyone who has ever worked at our homes than what he produced. The stairway he created is absolutely beautiful and is so well-made we cannot believe it. Even my husband (who has built furniture and done quite a bit of woodworking) was extremely impressed. Andrey is a true craftsman—we wish he built more than stairs so we could hire him to do more!

My husband is so impressed that I found and hired Majestic Rails for our stairway project that he now thinks I should handle all of our remodeling projects because I seem to have developed a knack for hiring the best. I keep trying to tell him it is nothing I did—it is just Majestic Rails, but I am so happy we found you.

The stairs look beautiful. Gary did a wonderful job. He was very polite and pleasant to have in our home. He was very hard-working and conscientious and took care of a question about the joining of railing and newel post, and we love the solution.
